Delivery Coverage We deliver across India to serviceable PIN codes supported by our logistics partners. Serviceability can vary by location and courier coverage.
Order Processing & Dispatch Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours (maximum 2 business days) after order confirmation. Dispatch timelines exclude Sundays and national holidays, as certain distribution hubs may be closed.
Delivery Timeline Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. 95% of orders are delivered within 7 days from dispatch. For select remote or hard-to-access locations, delivery may take longer due to courier accessibility and network constraints.
Undeliverable PIN Codes We check deliverability based on the PIN code at the time of order placement and may re-check it during processing. If an order is placed successfully but the PIN code later becomes unserviceable, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund for prepaid orders within 48 hours.
